Wondering about dye system. - Guild Wars Forums

I was thinking about why some items cannot be dyed at all... Because an Elemental sword with the divider of the fire/ice inbetween would look so cool dyed different colors.

Is there a technical reason that some items just cannot be dyed... or did anet just get lazy and just not dye stuff :P
